Obituary for Patricia Klingerman (Weyandt)

Patricia A. (Weyandt) Klingerman, 74, of Paintertown died Sunday November 26, 2017 in the Westmoreland Manor, Greensburg. She was born February 20, 1943, in Greensburg a daughter of the late Eugene and Ella (McKelvey) Weyandt. Pat was at one time employed as a cook at the Jacktown Ride & Hunt Club and also as a clerk at Isaly’s in Norwin Town Square. She had a fondness for yorkies that she breed and raised. She was a member of the New Hope Presbyterian Church, North Huntingdon. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Verne D. Klingerman and a brother Eugene C. Weyandt Jr. and a sister Connie Cooper; brother-in-law Delmar V. Black; half-brother John Weyandt. Surviving are five children Lisa Romesburg and her husband, Gary, of Champion, Lori Swank and her husband, Robert, of Youngwood, Verne D. Klingerman II, of Greensburg, Sheli Stoves and her husband, Gordie, of Jeannette and Steven Klingerman, of Jeannette; eight grandchildren Gary Jr., Laura and her husband, Wayne, Suzanne and her husband, Derek, Brandy, Dylan, Shawn, Matthew and Hannah; five great grandchildren; brother and sisters Beverly Black, of Irwin, Charlotte Schmeltz and her husband, George, of Penn twp., Charles Weyandt and his wife, Karen, of New Alexandria, Donna Grguric and her husband, Art, of Saltsburg, sister-in-law Michelle Weyandt, of North Huntingdon, brother-in-law Charles Cooper, of Uniontown; half brothers and sister Jack and Rick Weyandt and Shelia Yenneral, numerous nieces and nephews and Pat’s pet Yorkies Penny and Spencer. Friends will be received 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Ott Funeral Home Inc. 805 Pennsylvania Avenue Irwin. A funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Thursday in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow in the Irwin Union Cemetery, North Huntingdon. Patricia’s family wishes to thank the staff at Westmoreland Manor for the care and compassion they extended to their mother during her time there.
