Condolence: Deeply saddened to hear that Denny has passed. Although we never did meet, I worked with Denny for 10 years at Fluor and he became one of my biggest cheerleaders as I learned the ropes at Fluor. Had many of the same experiences, both work wise and personal. When I learned Denny was a gearhead like myself the conversations only gat more interesting. Will miss chatting with him very much and will never forget the support, Fluor has lost a great one! Prayers for Marilyn and the family

Condolence: Dear Giron Family,

We want to express our deepest thoughts in our loss. But it is not really a loss; Denny prepared so many individuals for their future, not only his family, but his extended family in his career. He was a great individual to share not only his knowledge but also his insight to how to make others better.

May God Bless

The Fluor Corp Family

Condolence: What can I say about Denny. He was so funny, he would call often and when I would see his number come up on my caller ID I couldn’t wait to see what story he had for me today. Sometimes he would tell the same story more than once or twice, LOL. He would always open up the conversation with “Hey Vickie, what’cha know?” Then having the opportunity to meet him in person was awesome. Putting that low phone voice with this tall not at all intimidating man was a special experience. He was always kind, OK maybe not always kind, but always had kind things to say to me. He would let you know where you stood with him and he often would reach out to the younger guys to give them a leg up in the industry. But don’t do anything wrong like pad your expense report or timesheet and he would be on you something fierce. He managed with an iron hand, but it you did your work he would back you up 100%.
I was so sad to find out when he got cancer and knew all he would have to go through. I was even sadder when he passed. I pray for Marilyn and the rest of his family that they will find peace. I hope they have lots of good memories.
Remember no one can really take Denny away from us as long as we have memories of him in our hearts.
Rest in peace my friend.

Condolence: Such an awesome father and a great man. I have fun memories of Mr. Giron's big voice and sly smile as he cracked jokes at Chad, Craig, and all of our friends. He will be missed.
