Bruce E. Wiancko, 75, of North Huntingdon died Monday February 18, 2019 at his home. He was born November 24, 1943, in Enid, Oklahoma the son of the late Edwin and Frances (Lowe) Wiancko. Prior to his retirement he was employed as a Senior Scientific Programmer for Bechtel-Bettis. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church, in Irwin, a Sunday School Teacher and a certified lay speaker; and a member of the Toastmasters and the Norwin Soccer Club organizing the Girls Soccer Club. Surviving are his wife Nellie (Nelson) Wiancko; three children Edwin C.N. Wiancko and his wife, Janet Pazzynski, of Pittsburgh, Robert John Wiancko, of North Huntingdon, Julie Lynn Wiancko, of Columbia SC and a sister Celia Sue Long, of Milford, NH. There will be no viewing. A memorial service will take place March 13th at 7:00 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church, 310 Oak Street Irwin PA 15642. The family suggest in lieu of flowers memorial donation may be made to the Norwin Soccer Club the Bruce Wiancko Scholarship Fund PO Box 143 Irwin PA 15642.

Dear Nellie and Family,
We are so saddened to hear of the passing of Bruce. We will never forget our memories of Bruce at the soccer fields all day long loving life by watching game after game, his love of Dunkin Donuts. He was truly an inspiration to the kids and coaches who also fell in love with the game. Thanks for all the wisdom and friendship over the years. You will be missed...Kelly & Dan Szekely

To Nellie, Ed, Janet, Rob, Julie, Celia and family;
Our Prayers and Deepest Sympathy to all of you at this time of your loss. Bruce has been a huge part of our lives at Church. I can remember as newly weds, Bruce led our Sunday School Bible studies and on occasion in later years he would preach from the pulpit. He will be truly missed. But he has been a good and faithful Servant, it is time to home wiith God. Thank You Bruce for touching our lives! Love you!
